Do I need a PayPal account to pay for the deal?

No – You do not need to have a PayPal account, when you checkout you will have the option to pay as a guest.

Can I buy the voucher as a gift?

Yes you can – but please check the deal fine print. When you check out you simply place the name of the person who you want to purchase the gift for, the voucher will have to be printed and given to the lucky person for redemption.

When can I use my Jersey Voucher?

When the deal tips your voucher will be  in your Jersey Voucher account. You can use your voucher the day after the deal ends or unless otherwise stated.

How do I request a refund?

If you would like to request refund, then please contact us within 7 days of the deal ending with your voucher code and name.
